* As with many Sierra properties, guests may occasionally encounter wildlife, insects, seasonal weather conditions and natural debris outdoors.

* Weather conditions can change quickly, particularly during winter. Guests should check local road and weather conditions before traveling and carry appropriate equipment when required.

* Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the property, including driveway, parking and exterior entrance areas. There are no cameras inside the home or in private indoor areas.

* Some locked owner, maintenance and utility areas are not available to guests.
